I love the weather around here! Today is such a beautiful day. We took advantage of the warmer weather and sunshine and went out for a bike ride this morning. The kids crack me up in their helmets. They look like mushrooms :)

jc and kacie

its really funny because jc didnt really like kacie, or any dog for that matter. but he has gotten over his fear and now he loves kacie. he really likes to lay on her and give her hugs and kisses. whenever we go to grandpa and grammy's house, he always calls for her.

we got a new camera lens and i love it. i don't really know how to use it yet, but i got a couple of cute shots of jc and kacie.

Christmas Lights

My kids love Christmas lights! When we are driving around they always look for them...even during the day. Whenever one of them sees a house that is lit up, they start yelling "Lights, lights!" And then JC always says "More." So, we decided to take the kids out in the wagon one night last week. They loved it.

Lots to post about...

It has been a really long time since I have posted...yikes! Here are some things that have been going on around here.

JC got his first hair cut and he was such a good boy...of course the lollipop helped :) The pictures are backwards so this one is the after shot.

And this is the before shot. I didn't realize how long it was until I looked at these pictures.

Thanksgiving...we went to Johnny's parents' for lunch and my aunt's for dinner. We have so much to be thankful for. We had a fun day spending time with family and eating yummy food.

And lastly...we found this in Jae's nose today. It's a piece of dried grass and it's about an inch long. So nasty! She said that it just got there when she was taking a nap at school today. I can't stop thinking about it and how bad it must have hurt. Hopefully she doesn't put anything else in there...ever again!

JC is 18 months!
